We can now accept AMEX !

Starting from today we can now accept AMEX (American Express) with the following limitations:
* 3 Transactions per 24 hours (per unique card)
* 20 Transaction per months (per unique card)
* 2 Declined card block for 24 hours
* Maximum amount per transaction 1000 USD
